David Evans’ passion for real estate was born from an unexpected and dynamic path. For over two decades, David thrived as a theatre and film actor, immersed in the art of storytelling and human connection. Through those experiences, he came to understand that the most meaningful connections are built on attentive listening, clarity, and genuine human understanding.

David eventually transitioned from the stage to a successful 14-year career in advertising, where he cultivated a deep understanding of sales, branding, and communication while building relationships rooted in honesty and trust. During this time, he met his wife Liz, a compassionate psychiatric nurse, whose perspective—and the unwavering support of their beloved Boston Terrier—opened his mind to a new path. Inspired to channel his skills into a career that combined his love of connection with helping others, David discovered his calling in real estate.

Today, David draws on his creativity, empathy, and knowledge of market dynamics and strategy to guide clients through one of life’s most significant journeys—buying or selling a home.
